Return and refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return from the time you received the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you would like us to send you a return shipping fee as well as instructions on how to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return being requested first will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
